How do I sign up for a care plan?
Simply call us on 07908 646 394 or fill in our contact form. We'll set up your plan and schedule your first service visit.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Our care plans are on a 12-month rolling basis. After the initial 12 months, you can cancel with 30 days notice.
What boilers are covered?
We cover most domestic gas boilers under 15 years old. We'll assess your boiler during sign-up to confirm eligibility.
What's not covered?
Pre-existing faults, damage caused by third parties, and cosmetic damage are not covered. Full terms provided on sign-up.
